Australian Tanks worked with the engineer on Coomera Town Centre South to come up with a custom solution. This multi-tank option could be constructed within a tight timeframe, allowing the client to maintain their schedule.Â
The client was unable to come up with a solution using other products that would deliver in the time frame that the project demanded. The project required multiple tanks to accommodate the necessary capacity while accommodating the unique requirements of the site.
Utilising the Parthenon system, Australian Tanks installed a stormwater detention tank with over 200kL capacity within 2 days. These tanks are immediately trafficable allowing access to all areas of the work site straight after completion. This ensures that any Australian Tanks installation does not impact the progress of other parts of the site, saving both time and money for the client.
The unique design of the Australian Tanks Parthenon OSD tank system allows for complete customizability. This makes it a great choice in unique construction situations, where a creative solution is required. The pre-cast concrete OSD tank system is delivered straight to the site on the day of installation. This minimises the requirement for a laydown area which could impact access to various parts of the site, increasing the site productivity.
Civil 360, Golding Contractors and Foxwell Developers were all happy with the final outcome provided by Australian Tanks. The time frame was met, allowing the project to move forward and make deadlines while the stormwater detention requirements were met.
